Owned him last year and never forgot the night he went 1 inning and gave up 10 earned runs (or was it 12?). Yes, he had a good second half last year but he had wreaked havoc on my era and whip by the all star break. This year, I didn't care if Arroyo was on the board in the 30th rd, I was not drafting him. If he was a free agent in July, that's a different story. It's a night like tonight, that I pat myself on the back for staying away from Arroyo. I don't think my stomach or heart could've handled another night like last year...

At this point in the 4th inn of the Yanks-Rays game, I sure do wish I hadn't benched Sonnanstine. Can't win 'em all.
