Andrew McCutchen is coming to Pittsburgh. The Pirates' top prospect will make his major league debut tomorrow against the Mets.

That's because Nate McLouth is now a Bravo.

Week 10 could be one of the most interesting FAAB weeks we've ever had in the NFBC. With three top prospects being called up at the same time, it will be interesting to see what the bids are this week. Of course, not all of them are available in every league, so that will be interesting too.
I still don't have the ADP from STATS for the main events, but here is the ADP and availability of each from the 12-team Online Championships:
Tommy Hanson: ADP of 261 and he was drafted in all 50 leagues. I would have to assume his ADP was similar in the live events and that he was originally drafted in all 26 leagues.
Andrew McCutchen: His ADP was 414 and he was drafted in only eight of 50 leagues. He was likely drafted in most NFBC live events, but I'm not sure if everyone kept him on their rosters.
Gordon Beckham: The eighth pick of last year's draft wasn't selected in any of the NFBC Online Championships. He will most likely be available in most NFBC leagues this week.
And the week isn't done yet. With so many injuries on Tuesday we could still see more prospects being called up. Sean Rodriguez anyone??

It's good to see the Pirates bring McCutchen up to their highest Minor League club.
When comparing to what Howie Kendrick is doing right now, I think 18 homers and 55 RBIs is looking pretty good, even with 58 Ks. Beggars can't be choosey!
Wayne, Mr. Dave Clum is flying out to Vegas for the NFFC draft in September and I think you should be his co-manager and carry his luggage on the plane for him. After losing his luggage for the entire NFBC draft in Vegas and having to watch him wear that same shirt for four days, I think he needs help. You're the perfect guy for the job.

See ya at the Flamingo sportsbook Sept. 3-6.
Don't tempt me!

It would be worth the trip just to hang with Dave and the rest of you fanatics.
Seriously, I promised my wife I would not push for a football league until I did a little better in the baseball. Not looking good so far.
