The NFBC is proud to announce an early-bird special at the Flamingo for anyone who is coming to March Madness and competing in all three of our live events that weekend. We currently have a room block of Flamingo GO Rooms at $109 per night from Wednesday, March 17th through Monday, March 22nd during the first weekend of March Madness and anyone can order from our room block.

But we will give TWO NIGHTS FREE to anyone who drafts at the Flamingo and competes in all three of these events:

Main Event on Saturday, March 20th ($1,300)

NFBC Auction Championship ($800)

NFBC Live Double Play ($500)

This offer is available to the first 50 owners who sign up for the tripleheader. Look for more details on this offer once the NFBC Registration page becomes live on our newly designed web site.

March Madness, the NFBC Tripleheader and two nights free at the Flamingo. That's a tough combination to beat. Join us for some fun and stay with us for free. Good luck all.

I'm looking to arrive Wednesday and depart Sunday. Will this offer apply to the Saturday ME plus two $800 Friday Auctions rather than a Live Double Play? If so, I'm there.

Greg, I was just wondering if there will be any potential incentives to drive participants into participating in two main events (separate weekends). Also, will there be a phone-in option for the main events again next season. Not sure I would do that...simply want to know what the options might be. Sorry if these items have been covered in a different thread.

Sorry if these items have been covered in a different thread. We are going to spell all of this out as soon as the web site is done. We hope to have everything spelled out on the new site as far as what is available in each city, when each league is available, what specials are available and even what the Events Fees will provide for each event. I'd like to wait for that before announcing everything individually.

There will be a phone/online option available for the main event for the second weekend and we'll place those folks in separate leagues. We know that there are certain folks who just can't physically make it to either event and we are willing to accommodate those folks and even some who logistically can't get to our live events. So we'll offer this the second weekend for the main event only.

Tom and I get into Phoenix Wednesday night. Maybe we'll bump into you Thursday, Friday or Saturday this week.

The new season has started. :D Yeah, I apologize for the delay on all of this, but transferring lots of data is never easy and there are examples of how to do things wrongly when switching ownerships. The first step is making sure we gravitate the message boards properly and that is taking more time than we wanted. We want to do that right, so unfortunately we'll need more time before having the new site developed. But if we transfer the boards properly, I think we'll all be very happy.

The second step is getting signed contracts from all of the host sites. I think we are close to finalizing each location, but we still need a little more time before announcing that. And of course, it's tough to unveil the new web site without having those locations and schedules finalized. This is taking longer this year than ever before because of the added locations, but honestly New York has never been harder for us. I'm even more amazed at the asking prices this year during a deep recession, so we're getting creative here.

We are getting close. Give us a little more time and we should be able to get the NFBC ball rolling in the right direction. Better late than never, or better late than screwed up!! :D Thanks all for your patience.
