'Eddie Guardado wants to close'

Maybe thats a headline Eveyday Eddie sees in his imagination.

Mine is 'Dan Kenyon wakes up with Ann-Margret'

Both have the same chance of happening.

--------------------------------------------------

'Lowell Finally to Have Surgery'

He must have needed his thumbs for Christmas wrapping of presents.

----------------------------------------------------

Moyer in Hospital for Third Time'

One step away from the nursing home?

-----------------------------------------------------

'Matsui Wants to Play Outfield'

Walla Walla would like to draft against Ron Shandler

Both have the same chance of happening.

---------------------------------------------------

'Molina Close to Signing with Mets'

It'll be fun watching him turn triples into singles in that ballpark

---------------------------------------------------

'Nady's Asking Price too High for Yanks'

Insert joke here

---------------------------------------------------

'Jeff Clement unable to pick up First Base Position'

Look for Clement at a slo pitch softball league near you.

------------------------------------------------------

'Bruney Wants to Close'

See Eddie Guardado, Hidecki Matsui

----------------------------------------------------

'Giants sign DeRosa and Uribe'

The most oddly shaped infield in baseball- Sandoval, Uribe, DeRosa, and Sanchez...SUDS?

Dough,

Love your stuff. Looking forward to your quips during the upcoming $125 FAAB draft.

Looking forward to it, Scott.

You moved to New Mexico at the right time, we've had both, our coldest and wettest December on record here on the western slope.

Very nicely done, Dan.
People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.

C'mon Dan, stop aging yourself. She looked great in Grumpy Old Men and so did Sophia Loren in Grumpier Old Men, but these days you must be dreaming of some younger babes, aren't you? :D Don't let the young cats on these boards think you're stuck in the '60s!! :D

When we got married, Greg, we both selected one celebrity that we both could "cheat with". Hers was Burt Reynolds, mine was Ann-Margret.

I feel no guilt waking up with Ann-Margret :D :D

Besides, in my mind, she hasn't aged since the day she turned 30!

Hey, I'm just thankful she's still alive!

It would really sound creepy if she had already passed on!

that was one of your funniest posts dan- happy new year- and i still think there are at least 10 teams that ownership was granted because " i promise not to try to win- just send me the revenue sharing $ and i will take my 30 million to the bank". yes- we both agree those 10 are doing that- what we don't agree is that there are plenty of billionares that would love to own a team and try to win- but they ain't getting in because of that. imagine the tv contract if kc vs houston was the last 5 world series.
