Let's Look At Depth At: Shortstops

Let's continue our look at each position for the upcoming 2010 season by profiling shortstops. In our just completed Fanball Just Cheat Sheets Magazine, 10 different writers ranked their Top 60 players at each position. The editors then created a grid with all of these rankings by position and created an ADP. Here's a look at the Top 15:
Shortstops
Name, Avg Pick by Fanball, High, Low
1. Hanley Ramirez 1, 1, 1, 1
2. Jose Reyes 2.9, 3, 2,4
3. Jimmy Rollins 3.2, 3.5, 2, 5
4. Troy Tulowitzki 3.9, 4.5, 2, 5
5. Derek Jeter 4, 4, 2, 5
6. Alexei Ramirez 7.3, 7, 6, 11
7. Asdrubal Cabrera 8.2, 8, 6, 11
8. Yunel Escobar 8.2, 8, 6, 11
9. Miguel Tejada 10, 9.5, 7, 15
10. Elvis Andrus 11.3, 11.5, 6, 16
11. Jason Bartlett 11.9, 12, 6, 17
12. Ryan Theriot 12, 11, 7, 17
13. Stephen Drew 12.7, 13, 8, 17
14. Orlando Cabrera 14.8, 13.5, 11, 20
15. Jhonny Peralta 15.3, 16, 10, 20
This is another position where the talent drops off rather dramatically. Ramirez is the consensus top player here with Reyes and Rollins flip-flopping as the next two. Reyes is obviously a major question mark but with an ADP of 21.8, he represents outstanding value in my opinion given his Top 5 ceiling if healthy.
After the Top 5, though, things start to get dicey. I think Ramirez and Cabrera are decent options but not spectacular ones. After the first 7-8, you might as well hold off on the position in my opinion and try to target an upside pick later. Tejada does nothing for me and guys like Bartlett and Theriot don't provide enough all-around help.
The two sleepers I like are Andrus and Escobar. Both have question marks, but both are talented, can really run and should be given every opportunity to succeed by their respective teams. My preference at this position would be to get one of the top options early (preferably Reyes given his ADP) but if that doesn't happen, you can bank on me targeting Andrus or Escobar later.
What does everyone here think about the shortstop position this season?
