No sign of confirmed registrations

Greg,
Tried reaching you by phone, but your voice-mail is full (I'm sure you're in overload right now.) My dad e-mailed you a couple of days ago and hasn't heard back.
We signed up for the Triple Play package. We're shown being registered for the NFBC Classic Event on Saturday, March 27 in Vegas, but I don't see us listed ANYWHERE for the Double Play or the Auction Championship. We signed up for the Double Play on Saturday night (7 PM) in Vegas and for the Sunday 10 AM Auction Championship in Vegas.
Our main concerns are:
1) Are we, in fact, registered for these events?
2) Are the events at the times we signed up for full yet? If the events have to be moved around to consolidate, we need to know ASAP so that we can alter our travel plans accordingly.
3) We're having trouble submitting our payment, using the instructions we got from you. We're not getting any pop-ups or further prompts to do anything once we hit the original link.
Can you please let us know what our status is? Thanks!
