Who Is Staying With Us At The Flamingo?

We have a pretty big food and beverage minimum to hit at the Flamingo this year, so it's possible that we might host a nice Thursday night NCAA Viewing Party/Poker Tournament at the Flamingo for anyone coming into Las Vegas a day early. I'm just starting to put all of this together, so if we have anyone willing to run the poker event for us we'll get the plans rolling. This year we can do any level of minimum for poker, depending on what the participants want.
In order to have the right sized room for this and the correct amount of treats, I just need to know who is coming in on March 18th and who is staying at the Flamingo. It's important for us to keep track of all the rooms being used by our participants and then to work with the Flamingo staff on the food and beverage for this kickoff party. We'll see if we can get some TVs set up and have a nice kickoff with food, drinks and poker chips!!
Everything is still in the planning stages and this is only a go if enough people are coming in early and staying at the Flamingo, but let's get a show of hands today and get this rolling. Who is staying with us at the Flamingo and are you interested in getting together on Thursday for drinks? Anyone want to play poker??
