Automatic Prompting For Payment

This year on the Fanball site, we have created an automatic prompt for payment feature that hopefully will save Tom and I a little time. In the past, we always called up folks when payments were "in the mail" or coming later and it did take up a lot of our time.

Now there is an email prompt that alerts you when payment is due. The first one happens 10 days after we posted your teams to accounting, so it's possible that people will start seeing that this week. If you are paying by check and already sent it, you may receive this prompt and wonder what the heck is going on. In many cases, the check just hasn't arrived in St. Louis yet. Just let the contact person in accounting know that the check has been sent or shoot me or Tom an email with that info and we'll be on the lookout for the payment.

Don't panic by these emails and on all of them there is a contact person to call at Fanball in St. Louis if you have questions. Again, this is helping ease some of the burden from Tom and I, who in the past handled all of this with Barb and Jill. Now we have a full accounting staff to help us and an automated system that prompts us and you when payment is still outstanding.

Thanks all and let's keep pushing forward on all of our events. They are shaping up nicely.
