If Dan Murphy is hurt and bound for the DL, will the Mets turn to Mike Jacobs and/or do they call up Ike Davis?

For years in my leagues I was usually the one pushing the Hype machine and trying to subtly alter other owners perceptions.

He's easily worth $300 FAAB - people struggling at 1b and wondering if Gaby Sanchez is their answer...

I think $350 is high, though - $300 seems right.

Oh - as for the Gekko hype machine - remember his Wade Davis post? Anyone want to hazard a guess how many teams he drafted him on?

save your cash people. i think everyone is jumping way ahead here. if davis makes the team, I dont think that the Mets roster will set in time for our FA pickups this sunday. i think, based on years past, that we are going to have to wait til the following weekend to bid on some of these young up and comers.

would love to have this reversed, but I just dont see it as a possibility as only two teams play on sunday. FA period 2 is going to be gold star time.

Davis = $376 (i got to make sure i get him)
