How's This For Growth In A Bad Economy?

In 2004 when we started the NFBC at Krause Publications, Tom and I thought we were very busy. We ran 16 leagues that year: 13 main events and 3 auction leagues. 16 leagues, 232 teams. And we were EXHAUSTED at the end of that event.

This year, we will have almost 190 leagues with over 2,800 teams. We had an increase of 40+ leagues from 2009 and almost 600 teams. It was an amazing, amazing season. Once we started the satellite leagues in 2006, the NFBC has never been the same and it never will be. But it sure is fun to look back to 2004 and 2005 and think of how busy we felt we were!! :D

And what will next year bring? Well, let's make sure this one is a success first. But hopefully all goes well and we'll top 200 leagues in 2011 with even more host cities. Stay tuned and thanks for working with us through this incredible growth period. Our success is definitely YOUR SUCCESS.
