I think 'misleading' is being kind here, though they casually mention that fantasy baseball has been a hobby, the whole thrust of the piece seems to take credit for fantasy baseball's existence, as if they're presenting something new. I find this disgusting, and if there were any justice MLBAM would be sued for stealing someone else's idea, they didn't invent fantasy baseball. Greg, Tom, and others in the Fantasy Sports Trade Association have worked their butts off for years trying to grow this industry, MLB has for the most part, mocked and made fun of the 'saberheads', now after they've already reaped millions from someone else's hard work(through increased revenue due to increased interest in Baseball from fantasy sports), they pull this.
