Identical Bids
I had bids out for two catchers tonight. The same team bid exactly the same amount on both catchers as I did. One of the bids was $17. I guess the rules are that he gets the player if he's lower in the standings? But to get both? That's kind of silly.

ya thats retarded to say the least.
I know i went after Montero (I have Snyder and Pudge and dropped Varitek to get Montero so i could handcuff Snyder) and i got LUCKY tonight as my initial bid as the EXACT same as the runner up bid of 121 dollars
I bumped my to 146 about 15 minutes before the FAAB went thru and I am glad i did.
It was and is my understanding that the lowest guy in standings wins all tiebreakers and after he gets his top guy his next conditional pick is voided out.
