New Friday D/L Rule

The new Friday D/L rule has been a MAJOR improvement over the previous seasons. Allowing
the player to move offensive players in/out has added to the strategy and made for a fun addition to the NFBC games. Leaving the pitchers to listed D/L arms makes the most sense without changing
the approach to the game.
I do have one question. With 30 Major League teams, why are we restricted to decisions in regard to these moves when a single game starts early in the day on Friday? Last week is a perfect example. High end players such as Ryan Zimmerman, Justin Morneau, and even Carlos Quentin had questions surrounding playing status. On Mondays, we have the technology to keep lineups open until 6:55pm for every team. Why not
extend this to Friday games? When 93% of the lineups are not available to us on Friday, but lineups lock it seems that this is an area we can actually improve the NFBC.
For anybody that owned those players, decisions were required by 2pm without much information on whether or not they would actually play. Whether it be for the $125 Satellite or the $10,000 Diamond League ( Because all NFBC leagues are treated equally ) doesn't it make the whole contest a better game in allowing the players a chance to glance over those 6:55pm lineups? Usually by this time, word has also filtered out about the players in the later games.
Just a suggestion on improving the postive steps that were taken to improve the NFBC Friday D/L rule.
