Player Search User Experience

Post by Spyhunter » Sun May 09, 2010 10:59 am

Hi,

There is another thread about specific players but based on research, I believe that someone CHANGED the way the Player search works:

It used to show ALL PLAYERS and if a player was selected by another team you would see then when you selected them. THIS WAS PERFECT

Then it changed, now if you type the name of a player that is taken, the search box clears itself and you get confused and frustrated (and you can't find which team owns a player

PLEASE GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS APPROACH. Not sure why someone 'fixed' something that worked perfectly

Have to agree here. If I want to find out what team has a player I need to go to the roster grid? That's kinda silly.

Also agree. In previous years, STATS listed a player's fantasy team and what date the waiver claim was placed or what round the player was drafted in on the player's profile page. This would be a nice addition once MLB YTD and weekly standings are up. Searching the roster grid is tedious and time consuming.

I have been a big supporter of FB tech as they showed great forward progress, but some of these decisions are baffeling!
