Looks serious - arm injury. Peralta landed on Cabrera's arm going for a ball up the middle. Cabrera was carted off the field. Stay tuned.

Broken forearm. Needs surgery. Gekko must be all over his replacement since we haven't seen a post comparing Jason Donald to Hanley Ramirez.
