Here's how the troika of top picks is doing:
Pujols
Avg .322 HR 8 RBI 29 Runs 23 SB 1
Arod
Avg .295 HR 6 RBI 32 Runs 29 SB 2
Hanley
Avg .303 HR 7 RBI 21 Runs 23 SB 3 (and the frontrunner for dumbass of the year award)
Pretty even so far. Pujols has not shown yet that he is the clearcut #1 pick as Arod's numbers are better in 3 categories. The double digit SB prediction for the Machine seems quite a longshot right now. I say even the 100 run mark is not a guarantee anymore if he keeps hitting cleanup especially with Ludwick and Holliday hitting ahead of him.
