Aroldis Chapman... to the bullpen?

Post by Coach Taylor » Thu Jun 24, 2010 6:14 am

Just caught a bite on this take from MLB network on the Reds using him late in games to stop the bleeding in the late innings. Ditch time? or hold till late August when and if there might be an injury?

Aroldis Chapman... to the bullpen?

I waived Chapman last week in my main event and he went for 63 dollars with a runner up bid of 63 dollars.Who's the real winner on those bids,if hes real in the bullpen that wont be much value.

Hell i have a tough enough time getting Gregerson in my lineups and his numbers are sick for a relief pitcher.

Aroldis Chapman... to the bullpen?

yea man, if it's a bullpen job, then I dump him,,, now if a starter goes down... It will force the Reds hand. I agree with ya, he IS useless in the pen for us,,, unless Cordero goes down and he assumes closing. As it is... all the marbles seem to be falling right for the Reds,,, with the exception of Chapmans place in the near(or not so near) :D future.

that being said.. cordero stinks... and arthur rhodes is old and being over used (shocking to say with dusty as his manager. sarcasm!).

i just hope dusty doesnt let volquez throw 120 pitches in his first appearance.. but i wouldnt be shocked if he did.
