Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
Greg, Either A I am missing something or B you have had too many coronas. We had league standings by period every year of the nfbc that I can remember. Don't want to throw water on a good day here. Congrats on getting a couple of these things pushed through.
Correct. We have had the weekly period tabs for our individual leagues in the previous seasons. In fact, I was really hoping that we would get them at the same time as the overall period tabs.

For me ( and maybe only me ), I found the weekly tabs on our individual leagues to be a valuable tool to determine how teams in my league are trending in each stat category.

Keep up the good work.

Yes, this can be done for the league standings and will be worked on soon. Thanks for the heads up. Yes, now I remember the period tabs there in years past. We're on it now.

I am glad that progress is once again being made. But, I am ticked off with your initial response that we never had league standings by period. I have been mentioning this for months now.

It's easy and actually fun to get ticked at me these days. Join the club. Sorry, I responded quickly last night while at the dinner table and didn't even request this from IT initially. Yeah, blame me. But they're working on it now and I think we'll have this soon. So be ticked if you want, but help is on the way.

Greg, league period standings would be an absolute plus. Keep the upgrades comin'....things are looking great (and please don't forget that live scoring toggle ).

Also congrats to everyone on this list who've won weekly prizes, especially Marty Bedell, a guy I've met at a few NFBC & NFFC drafts now and a really great guy.

I mean seriously dude, seriously it is called a mistake. A stupid mistake, a dumb oversight, a guy who had too many coronas, a brain fart.

Lighten up!
This is done. If you click on your League Standings link under Standings, you'll see a pulldown tab for the weeks. It's now there. I believe you also have access to every other league in the NFBC with period tabs. Enjoy.

More is being done and finished now and I'll update all of this in one thread. But I believe almost everything on my list is now done.

Okay, when looking at free agents now and sorting by category, all of them now go from max to min. That works perfectly for all of the categories except ERA and WHIP. Unfortunately, the system is setup to do all of them the same and I don't want to reprogram the free agent listings at this point. We just corrected this to go from min to max to now max to min for all of the categories and it works fine for everything except those two categories. Hopefully you can live with that setup for now. Thanks all.

More to come.

Wow, John Jochum has been busy today. I'll update this all in a separate thread, but go to Waiver History now and you'll see the dropped player next to each pickup. It's the way it should have been, but it's very slick now. Again, all of that information is available now for every league in the NFBC and everyone has access to it. Very, very nice addition. Thanks John.

Hey Glenn

Thanks for the congrats. Ditto to you and to your NY team. Had no clue I had won a weekly. My teams are never all healthy but have to adjust. Good luck the rest of the year. You too are a great guy and good luck with fantasy and fatherhood.
