I don't know about you folks, but I've had enough of tv ads for politicians.

I now know that politicians do more bad than good, thanks to these ads. In my day, politicians would extoll their own virtues about what they voted for and what they were in favor of.

Now, with politicians doing more bad than good, they don't talk about themselves anymore, instead, running down their opponent.



With this in mind, and a thanks to Wikipedia, here are two tv ads from Shawn Childs and Steve Jupinka in their quest for the Hall of Fame.



I'm Shawn Childs and I approve this ad-



Steve Jupinka is from New Jersey.

A man can be judged by what he has done for his community.

New Jersey was the last northern state to abolish slavery. I'm not saying that Jupinka had 'these people' working day and night for him to win the Grand Prize. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

New Jersey was the site of many Revolutionary war battles. Jupinka avoided all of them.

New Jersey had the first drive-in movie. I am not starting the rumor that Jupinka was conceived in that very drive-in, but it's possible.

New Jersey has one of the most prestigous schools in the world in Princeton University. Jupinka turned his back on that grand place.

New Jersey has no baseball team!

How can a guy be enshrined in any baseball Hall of Fame without a team representing his state.

With all that Steve Jupinka has NOT done for his own state, is that what YOU want for your Hall of Fame?

People think of Shawn Childs as a nice guy.

When Carly Simon wrote the song, 'You're So Vain', immediately, three names came to folks minds- Mick Jagger, Warren Beatty, and Shawn Childs. I am not insinuating that Childs was the subject, I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

But if he is vain.

That's BAD!

Childs has been called a shill. A SHILL!

Wikipedia defines a shill as a person who helps another person or organization to sell goods or services without disclosing their relationship to the seller.

A shill?

Thats BAD!

Horse racing, college basketball, Childs will lay down a wager.

A gambler.

That's BAD!

Think about Shawn Childs being in your Hall of Fame.

Do you really want a purported vain shill with a gambling problem being the first to be inducted in the Hall of Fame?

I’ve had three Main Event teams, but I’ve never cashed. In fact, I’ve failed in every league I’ve been in. The only reason I’m even here is because I’m not “them”.
