Okay, we have two full leagues in Las Vegas for the American League-only auctions, which will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 18th at the Rio Hotel & Casino. One consists of owners paying $1,250 per team and the other consists of owners paying $650 per team. Both will be held simultaneously in Las Vegas.



The AL auction leagues will consist of teams having $260 to buy their 23 required positions. A six-round serpentine draft will follow the auction to pick each team's reserve squad. I had proposed a different way to handle the reserves earlier in the year, but again it seemed that the majority was in favor of the $260 and six format that we had last year.
