NFBC Owners: Claim Remaining Prizes Now
All NFBC owners who still haven't claimed their 2010 NFBC prizes or had won free Main Event entries will be getting an email today explaining how they can clear their accounts and get payments soon. We need everyone to cash out their accounts and that includes those who won a $1,300 equivalent Main Event entry. Look for those in your My Account links now.
If you have any questions, contact me at , but look for that email shortly. We look forward to getting you the winnings you earned and moving onto the next step. Thanks and congrats all.

When I click on the link it doesnt do anything I was told the email was going out from Fanball for the NFBC and NFFC, but I'm hearing from others that they didn't get it yet either. I'm dependent on them to help us here. I'll ask again that it gets sent. As for your account, email me at and we'll help you claim this prize. Believe me, we're trying to get everyone paid here, all NFBC accounts cleared and we're ready to start anew with a new company. Let's work through this together and start fresh, but with each of you paid in full first.

Tom will contact everyone once we have the transition complete and our new registration page live next week. We can't do anything until legally all of the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted.
But once that is done, it should be an easy transition to get everyone signed up and leagues loaded. We'll transfer all of those leagues to your team pages and we'll need all logins passed to our new company. The goal is to have all of that done by Feb. 18th. So hang tight for now and we'll need credit card info again after that. There's a lot of work ahead of us, but I really believe we'll handle this transition easily. Thanks all.

There still is no way to claim funds that were applied to our account from baseball last year, and the early 375 satellite also has not been refunded against that existing balance.
I'd rather get one check for everything than have to wait weeks more to get funds that were previously applied and due to be refunded.

Tom, my account shows a credit of $275 as it should. Actually it's not a prize but an overcharge by Fanball last year. I signed up for a an auction that never filled, so moved over to a Live DP instead. The $275 is the difference in cost. Perhaps I can't access this because the money is not actually a prize, but a refund? Please advise.

If you put that in your account, you definitely need to claim that as cash now. Email me if you're having trouble doing that and I'll get that done for you tomorrow morning. As for the early $375 Slow Draft you signed up for, I know they are doing those refunds now and all 75 owners who paid us for those Slow Drafts in December will be refunded shortly. Then you'll work with me after the transition is complete to get signed up on the new site and the rosters will be reloaded. Sound good?

If it's a balance I would assume it needs to be cleared and settled with you. We'll help you out here.
Next to recent prize winnings there is a box to click and request a check; there is no such box for previous winnings that we originally asked to keep on account with fanball. I've emailed fanball several times to request those funds also be mailed, have rec'd no response.

You don't need to claim this, Fanball is automatically clearing up those accounts now. Look for those checks soon.
