Any thoughts on when #15 will start drafting?

Then give us a little time to get this set up in the system and an email out to all of the owners. With any luck, we can start this late afternoon.

Okay, we are loading the remaining NFBC users into our system that were not sent initially by Fanball and once that is done we can set up this league. Look for this one to start tomorrow. We were missing several hundred logins and now all of them are here. That explains why so many people couldn't log in yesterday. All is good now, but it will take some time to get this last piece done.

This league will start soon enough and you'll have no problem with the draft software. Thanks for your patience all and get ready to draft soon.

Wow, now this looks like the winner of all Slow Drafts. This patient group had to wait all day yesterday for the transfer of the NFBC Message Boards and when we finally were able to set up this next Slow Draft League it was around 7 pm CT. We decided to set it up and Tom sent out an email to the group letting them know the draft room was open. These folks almost got through two rounds last night as they all jumped into the draft room and had some fun. Amazing. Great job all and sorry for the delay and then the quick trigger. But we had faith you'd spread the word and sure enough you did.

This one looks like it's going to be a great league and you folks are already having a great time. Good luck and keep it going.

I guess since this is the top thread I'll post my thoughts here, but I'd like to thank everyone for their support of the Slow Draft Leagues. I think we have created something special with these and I am convinced that this Slow Draft Championship will be a fun, fun national contest to watch. We won't know if drafting early, middle or late was the winning answer, but I think for everyone this is a great way to start draft prep early, get to know more customers like yourselves and compete in a relatively low-cost contest with solid prizes.

I budgeted for 20 Slow Draft leagues and we have already surpassed that, which means the overall prizes will go up. There's no doubt in my mind now that had we not been shut down for 6 weeks we could have easily doubled that total. And this draft software is so much better than what we were previously using that I know that will also give more folks more confidence to compete in more of these.

We still need to build the draft board -- which is definitely coming -- and build out some special Slow Draft tools, but my goal of STATS being the leader in the Slow Draft industry is going to come true. This is a great, great market and we will build this out for football immediately and expand on other ideas. Down the line if we can build a que that allows you to put in players for separate rounds it will allow folks to put their selections on auto-pick with confidence, knowing they will get two sets of players if their turns come up. That will move along the Slow Drafts and allow folks to play in more. We see where this is headed, so just bare with us as we start everything anew here at STATS.

But so far so good. Keep these rolling and next year we'll start these up right after the playoffs and get your fix in sooner, longer and better!!! :D Man, that's a good ad campaign. I may have to run with that. Kinda sounds like a good slogan for Viagara, but it works for the NFBC too. :D Have fun all and THANKS again.
