I would not want to be a teacher in league number 4.
Thomas and Srebro sitting together.
Mazur and Hinkelman together.
Cut ups like Edwards and Semsel in class. And I didn't even speak of the quality from top to bottom....
THE draft to watch

THE draft to watch The quality in that league is ridiculous, it looks more like the kind of roster you'd see in the SCL or Hot Tub or one of the Ultimates or Supers. Glad I stayed in NYC.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.
