if britton is worth $500 (or even $300) after two starts, why wasn't he worth a 30th round pick two weeks ago?
Do good.

I got Zach Britton for $171 in the KJ Duke 2 league. I never thought that would win, but am very happy it did! :D

Things change very quickly in this game.

Rick, I grabbed him for 501. Look at it this way. You can die a slow painful death with 20 doller bids with a bad team. Or you can take a shot. Than die quick if it doesn't work. :D

I don't think the bids on Britton are unreasonable depending on your situation. I didn't bid on him that high, but he's legit - as a prospect, not that much different than Hellickson is. I think it all depends on how you manage a team. Not for me ( I went cheap with Luebke and Rogers) but I can understand it.

My max bid on Britton was well below what he ended up going for.....he'll have to be pretty damn great to be worth some of those bids. We'll see.

I'm also the guy who dropped Ogando in 3 leagues last week and watched him go for near Britton money in all three, so what do I know.
