going up!!! not because of gas prices or delivery surcharges but because my 2 hi-dollar leagues are in last place...46 and 45 points respectively...actually EMBARRASSING!!!

i will spare most of you the amount of leagues that i participate in because MOST know i play in alot of them. i am swimming near the top in a few...middle of the road in a few and bottom feeding in ALOT!! before people bash me, no, i am not in too many leagues...actually, i spoke with greg today and told him i am ecstatic how quickly i am able to plow through my leagues with stats as his partner. and i do not regret the amount of leagues that i am in l....what i am bummed about is the early season injuries and bad luck that i have experienced....common denominators....hamilton, holliday...ubaldo....uribe and morrow....of course the silver lining is that 3 of the 5 are soon to be back and playing(hopefully, alot can happen in 4 days) and i cant wait.

i know its a long season...its a marathon...yada yada but it does suck to be seeing THE ROUNDTRIPPERS! struggling(most probably dont mind but i do have "some " people rooting for me...right jules and jupinka....childs??)...maybe its not my year??? god, it will be a long summer if thats the case...aaarrrgghhh. be aware, i will battle to the bitter end and we have played less than 8 percent of the season but sometimes ya just get that sinking feeling ...its not your year, believe me, not due to effort, but i may have pissed off some fantasy gods. time will tell folks...alll in all...best of luck to most and look forward to seeing all you guys and gals near the top of the stands soon....i hope!!

Hey, don't forget the price of apparel this summer. Use Quahogs as your model with the T-shirt and I'm convinced sales will be so high that Diamond League entry will be covered!! A new area of revenue this season means even more leagues next year!!



Glad to hear that the FAAB process is working well and saving folks some time. Tomorrow you may get a fun tool to play with, something I know a baseball lover like yourself will dive into. Stay tuned for that one.

Remember that Live Double Play event you filled in and sat next to me the 1st weekend in Vegas? As of this morning, 227th of 228. The Main Event that occurred a couple of hours before that? 369th of 390.



Embarrassed doesn't even describe it. I'd be crying if I wasn't laughing so hard! Just tryin to keep my sanity for time being.........and it hasn't been easy!

Those of us that invest in multiple teams

will usually end up with a team that doesn't perform as expected at times. Each and every year, shortly after the drafts and prior to the first pitch I'll get this nervous feeling........."what if I got them all wrong"? This is human nature. I usually know by June 1st what teams are "live" and what teams are simply playing out the string. Time has stamped you as one of the better players in the NFBC. Stick with your tried and true methods and I'd bet money that you won't come up short! ( Hey, had to take one shot pal! ) Best of luck my friend, I'm sure glad I don't have to battle you "in league" this season!

I am rooting for you RT in all your leagues, but the 4 I am in with you (I am in 5 total)!!!

Seriously though, you took the time and helped me a little this spring with a few questions, ideas, and drafts I had and I appreciated it a lot. Guys get better by having other players with more experience show them a the ropes a bit and based on what I know of you and how you push all the way to the end, its most likely only a matter of time!

RT's a class act. Win or lose, that won't change. Nevertheless when all is said and done, I'm betting it'll be more win than lose.

thanks for the positive words guys!!! unfortunately, not much has changed in the last few days...maybe MAY will be a better month for me!! good luck to all! i did a count this morning and i have either hamilton, ubaldo and or morrow in 100 percent of my leagues...getting the pitchers back should be a boost!
