Unpaid Slow Draft Teams

I see both the slow drafts I am in have teams that haven't paid.

I was wondering what the plan was with these teams. My thought was that NFBC should put them out for bid, to get some money into the prize pool. The sooner someone takes over these teams the better chance a new owner would have to get a return their investment.

Also, I think that the owners should be listed here.

Are they changing their lineups? I don't know the owners personally but it's possible they just forgot and haven't logged into the league homepage.
