What a disastrous week of injuries to add to just a disastrous season of injuries. Sizemore on 9 teams, Soto on 4, etc. etc. etc. This is getting old.

I have Braun and Ike Davis. I'm drinking booze to cope.

seriously, i wouldn't be too concerned about sizemore...

good news is that the injury was to his right knee. "He jammed it on the bag when he slid. Our medical staff doesn't think it's anything serious. For his peace of mind, and today is a good day to give him a day off against a left-handed pitcher (David Price), we're just taking some precautions with him."

i can't believe it is too serious. i mean when was the last time a player was put on the DL with a knee injury due to"jamming it on the bag"??

Freese, Hudson, Hundley, Wells, Chen, and now maybe Sizemore (again).

If Longoria, Hill, Lucroy, &

Hardy hadn't just came back I might just have lost what little sanity I have left.

lol... No I picked him up for a buck when Luebke didn't win a starting spot. Not overly sexy but 4 wins and 3.50 era hasn't hurt me much

looks like he'll be good to go...

An MRI on Grady Sizemore's right knee revealed no structural damage.

He only has a contusion and is considered day-to-day. It's not the same knee that Sizemore had surgically repaired, but obviously it's great news regardless.

It hasn't been fun to have a pitching staff of Morrow/Liriano/Carpenter either! I am almost wishing for injuries to explain their terrible performance.

Today was crazy with Cano and Sizemore giving us a scare and of course today we had moreland and harrison washed away!

I need to just not watch baseball, too stressful!!!
