Official Side Bet List / Thread

All,

For those of you putting your $$$ where your mouth is, record the event here!!

Personally, I have three side bets so far:

In LV Mixed Leage 2,

Spyhunter Bet $100 with McSunas that on who will finish higher in the league

In LV League 6

Spyhunter Bet $100 with KJ on who will finish higher overall.

Spyhunter Bet $100 with Wire 2 Wire on who will finish higher (to be determined if that is overall or in the league)

Dvy vs. Walla Walla Bet $500 on who's NL Auction team will finish with more total points in their league

June 24th Update:

To date, both of my teams have disapointed, though the recent improvement of several key players gives hope for the future.

In LV Auction. Mixed League #2, I am 16 points behind O-boys / Mcsunas, though my team has finally come back from the DL (Rolen, Sheets, etc...) so I have high hopes for the future.

Mike just when I thought you had grown up and stopped this 'throop is my bitch **** ' I read more posts from you. Mike, I hope you read this as your **** is getting old. I like trash talking with the best of them, but your language is inappropriate and has gone beyond the pale.

In LV NFBC #6, the story isn't good, my team has sucked to date (Boone, etc...) however, my competition isn't doing well either!

I am 3 points behind wire 2 wire and Zefurs... Way to early for anyone to celebrate here. I am hoping my addition of Frank Thomas pays off and he doesn't hurt himself...

Anyone else made any side bets???

I hope to have a few bets coming in as the season progresses. Nice to have a clean place to track them.

Wire 2 Wire, I have you down now. Are we talking higher overall or higher in league? I want to do higher overall.

SeaBass, I will think about this - I can't take bets from everyone as I pay my bets so I can't assume huge liabilities. I will respond this week.

Mankind, you HAVE GOT to be kidding me.... I have the balls to put my money where my mouth is and you try to trash talk me into a bet? Ha! I am taking side bets in my leagues only. The goal of this thread was for others to do the same, not to try and 'take on the world...'
