Hanley Ramirez says stiff back is worst pain he's ever felt in his life, stood the entire flight to Phoenix

Hanley Ramirez said he can't put on his shoes and is slow to get out of bed, not sure about when he'll return
he's had back issues for awhile but didn't tell anyone and tried to play thru it
