DEE GORDON 3 SB's?

I watched Gordon steal 2B. Then (after Gwynn walked) he stole 3B after a pickoff attempt at 1B on Gwynn. Then Gwynn attempted to steal 2B, he was in a rundown when Gordon broke for home. He was successful.
The boxscore from mlb.com gave him credit for steals of 2B & home. Why not his steal of 3B?
