I have to believe that line's a typo. Seriously, 9 runs in an inning and change against the Pads?

I don't even want to see the damage done to the teams I have Nolasco starting.

What a POS.

Glenn, I have a feeling you're not the only one who opted to pitch Nolasco at home against the Padres. That was truly a Lackey-esque performance.

Yeah, I have him in 3 leagues. Without even looking at his starts individually, he is so frustrating to own.... he has been destroyed 2 or 3 times in the first inning this year. After the Venable lead-off homer, I had a horrible feeling.

Yesterday, I was feeling pretty low because I own Beachy, who blew up to the tune of 11+ ERA.

Sorry to you guys that own Nolasco, except for the fellow in first place in my ME League. I'm loving it. 60+ ERA for him looks good to me and makes Beachy look stellar.

What a strange game this is. I'm sitting on my deck, sipping a cold one and smoking a cigar, watching the sun go down, rooting for the the Rockies, hoping that they can close out the braves and give my Nicascio the win. now that the rock's bullpen has blown that idea, I'm rooting for the Braves in faint hope that they can give my Kimbrel a W or S. I have to admit that this is a little bizzare. But very fun.

After the Venable lead-off homer, I had a horrible feeling. You hit the nail on the head. He might be the most frustrating pitcher to own in fantasy baseball. For several years now he's been consistently inconsistent, dominating for stretches and getting blown up by weak offenses in between. Every pitcher has nights where they just don't have "it." Nolasco may be the most prone in MLB. It's hard to play smart and ride the hot stretches while hedging your bets against less favorable matchups when you're getting shelled by the Padres...
