The following message has been posted on every league home page under SITE NEWS:



"The NFBC is determined to pay all of its 2011 winners in a timely fashion, but the first step of that payment process involves you, the owners. We need ALL potential NFBC winners to fill out a W-9 form online NOW so that we can deliver your winnings as soon as possible. Just click HERE to get the online W-9 form, submit the form when you are done and everything will be in place for a timely payment from the NFBC. Thanks."



Just click on the HERE link and it will take you to the Online W-9 form. If you are logged in, most of the contact information should already be filled out. Fill out your social security number and agree to the conditions and then submit. That will finish this step and allow us to pay you shortly after the NFBC season. ALL NFBC potential winners should fill out this W-9 form because we do not have any past W-9 forms for our past winners. None of that transferred with the sale from Fanball.com.



It's okay to fill out the W-9 form even if you might not win this baseball season. Having your W-9 on file is a good thing, so no worries there. Thanks all.



We will also put this W-9 Online link under SETTINGS of your team pages, so look for that soon. Good luck all down the stretch and may everyone finish in the money!!

An error message is sent to mailbox after entering W9 ... it is trying to send a copy to your (Greeg's) old email account at FWmedia, and it says undeliverable.
