Yeah, great job by Rome and more well-deserved pub for Lindy. This is great to see.

Rome did do a great job. I thought he would of had a geek/nerd point of view but he didn't go that route.

He mixed in footage of the top players Lindy drafted and used Lindy's quote about how math helps him on the pig farm and in fantasy baseball. It was a very well done piece.



This is GREAT EXPOSURE once again for Lindy, the NFBC, STATS and the entire industry in general. Our industry needed this at this time. We'll try to find this clip on You Tube if we can and post it here. That was just too damn good. GREAT JOB LINDY!!!

I thought it was neat how Rome began the spot referring to all the hoopla with fantasy football in this country, then segued into the fantasy "baseball" success of Lindy. Well done Romey.

Just an FYI: I tried calling Lindy this afternoon to let him know he was being featured on Jim Rome Is Burning, but he was nowhere to be found. He called early tonight and said he was sorry he missed my call, but he was busy all day dealing with the press. He had two TV crews at the farm doing stories on him (Spokane and Boise) and he was a guest on a sports radio talk show. He's hearing from old friends everywhere now that he's a celebrity, even some high school sweethearts!!! Sure, now she loves him after she knows he has the big money!!!



Great stuff Lindy. Keep feeding the beast!!

Awesome spot on Lndy! Wow! It will be interesting to see how many people check out the NFBC website now. Greg, let us know if there's a big new influx of interest. You can't buy publicity like that and the NY Times write up!
