thanks We're waiting for the 4 people to vote on what changes we want to make to the rules. Everything being discussed is on the other thread.

listen - someone is just gonna have to make a final call on the rules and whoever wants to play will sign up. if we delay much longer, we will lose a couple people who will start prepping for actual nfbc events.
btw, let's include 3RR and see what happens this time.

Are you doing this draft on the message board or via email?
3RR - I’m torn on this subject. One draft does not create enough of a sample to determine the necessity of 3RR, team 14 won. And I think it’s always possible to win from any of the 15 spots because every draft works out differently. Before football went to 3RR, teams won from every spot. However, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t needed.
As I review the results of that first draft, even though I was against the idea of 3RR, I’m starting to believe that it might be necessary. And I’m even more convinced that if you restrict the player pool by using a starting point of 1941/'71/'81 or whatever, that the effects of the top 5-10 picks will have even greater magnification, instead of less as some people may believe.
Blind Rounds – I’m absolutely convinced that they are necessary. I actually think that the whole subject could make for a wonderful discussion and I’d be happy to spend time with others someday talking about it; but for the purposes here, I believe at least 3 (and therefore 4 so that it goes 1-15, 15-1 twice) are required.
I’m still on the sideline…….. but I’m thinking about it.

These's no Ed Walsh.
In baseball there are small edges through out the players pool at a multitude of positions. It's not like football where there are clear drop downs at limited positions.
