Before the draft:
Know your fantasy baseball. There is no replacement for feeling like you know what you are going to say. Practice saying player names out loud before the draft, so you know how it will sound.
During the draft:
You probably don’t look as nervous as you feel.
Remember to breathe out. Some people unconsciously hold their breath when nervous.
Don’t focus on how nervous you feel—that will make you more nervous.
