Just want to make sure I understand the rule. Someone like Hinske or Huff who could be drafted at the start of the year at 3rd base cannot be for midseason because they haven't played 3rd base? If thats the case will someone like Bonds be a DH only when he plays?



Whats your guess on when you'll be selecting the leagues for the 1,000 leagues?

Thanks No, that is a wrong assumption. They qualify at the positions they qualify at in the main event. If Huff started the year with eligibility at third base, he has eligibility at third base in the mid-season league. Nothing changes from the main event to the mid-season event as far as eligibility is concerned.



We are going to run the credit cards for the full leagues this afternoon. I'll probably announce the two $1,000 leagues on Tuesday afternoon.

let me get this straight, they are only eligible at the positions that they were eligible for at the main event draft. When are they eligible to play other positions that they now qualify for. After week 1 of the mid season or after they play 10 games at a new position after the all star break

So if Joe Blow started the season with 1B eligibility and he's played 10 games at 3B this year, he would be eligible in the mid-season league at 1B and 3B. No change for this at all.
