1) Forgive me if I missed it, but are the rules for the NL-only leagues posted anywhere?
2) Do you expect to have an NL-only auction league in NY (i.e. is there enough interest)?
Thanks.

I would love to have an AL Auction League and an NL Auction League in New York and hope we get more signups for those over the next two weeks. The AL is already half full, with six spots left. If you have more questions or tentatively want to hold a spot in either Auction League, call me at 715-445-4612, ext. 284 or e-mail me at [email protected]. We'll find a way to get you in the NFBC if you want.

Hey Greg, what about combining the A.L. and N.L. auction participants into one league if we cannot get enough to play. I think people would rather switch from the N.L. to the A.L. or vice versa rather than not play at all. You'd need to make a decision soon though, so people can prepare for whatever league it will be.

We have eight for the NL in Las Vegas and I know that John Menna is going to sign up this week for that, so we're just four away. We have six for the AL Auction League in Las Vegas. We can discuss mergers, but let's hold tight for a little longer as I'm sure there are plenty more signups to come this week. If none of them are for the Auction Leagues, we'll discuss how to still keep one alive in each city at this time next week. Fair enough?

I think fair enough - perhaps if we can only get 10 players in each auction we can expand rosters by an extra 2b/ss, 1b/3b, OF and 2 pitcher slots and just go with a 10 team HUGE roster auction and change up the prize money a bit to account for differences...
We'll see how the sign ups go, but I'd like to manage to squeeze the auction in some way or another!

Have no fear, we'll have at least one auction in Las Vegas and hopefully two. All are good points and we'll get a consensus from the group soon, but hang tight as these last 14 days should produce plenty of signups.
