In NY#4, Mora is still showing up as a valid 3B and Castro is in the Catcher's position. The team with Castro does have a catcher on his bench and knew at the draft that Castro would take 20 games to be qualified.
I didn't see any other problems but will take a more detailed look later. It is hard to tell what positions a bench player is eligible for.
