How will I see my stats?

I'm a first year player and I was curious how detailed your day to day stats are. Is there something like Yahoo's Stat Tracker? Will I receive totals from each day? Is there anything at all or is it up to me to look up my stats daily. Just curious. Thanks for your time.

You will receive daily e-mail updates from STATS with all of your team and player information. So your current standings and team info is right there via e-mail every day as well as online on your team page.

Just to be explicit, you will be able to set this up by going to the following menu path (once you log in):

My Settings

Email Preferences

You should be able to set now

Spy

Are we getting the real time updated standings this year? I know we have real time stats but the standings/categories dont update.

I know this was a feature that myself and many others wanted to see in 2007.
