prize winners address

tom/greg was just wondering what addresses you use to send out the checks. i am listed as paul metivier from rindge new york which it should have been new hampshire and now i moved to nashua nh which is listed on the tax form you sent us and i sent back is that the address you use or do you use the address we signed up with was just wondering since i wouldnt want to be wondering where a large check ends up thanks for a great season

paul metivier Paul, we use the address you provide on the W-9. I'll check to make sure we have it right, but that's the one we use. Congrats on a great season.

When will checks be mailed to money winners? We are trying to get checks out this Friday, Oct. 10th, but with the two extra days of games it made it tougher for us to get the process started quickly. We have 350+ winners to take care of, so it's possible that checks will go out on the 17th. I'll post as soon as I hear back from accounting in Cincinnati later this week. We're working hard to get the money in your hands as soon as possible.

Did I miss something? Do I have to fill out a

W-4 form ? I am due some money but dont think I have filled out anything
