I know you've got a lot on your plate right now, but any idea when the satellite signups will come on line?

The Satellite League signup page will go live tomorrow on the Registration page. Also, the Online version of the Double Play will also be live tomorrow. Sorry for the delay on both of those, but we should begin taking signups tomorrow and get the ball rolling on both online events. Thanks all.

Will you be adding AL & NL only pay top 2 or 3 to the satellite sign up? We filled a couple of these last year.

Just remind us.

The Satellites are now live on the Registration page. We're getting signups already and Tom will add these in the Signup Forum first thing next week. Feel free to sign up for any of the available NFBC satellite leagues being offered this year. Thanks all.

The $125 slow draft leagues are not an option under "satellites". I'm trying to pay for Slow Draft #2 ($125). Any ideas?

Thanks.

Thanks. Correct. We don't own the auction software and thus I didn't want to offer those events until we knew for sure there was an option for us to use in 2010. Last year we used ESPN.com's auction software and we may be able to do that again if it's available this spring, but I just don't know right now. So we're at the mercy of another service if we want to offer this again and I just didn't feel right taking signups for that yet. Let's make sure we can go that route and then we can offer this if the demand is there.

Greg,
Thanks for the response, but I'm a little confused. Elsewhere you posted this in response to a request for $500 and $1000 auction satellites:
"Yes, all of the satellites listed above are snake drafts. I don't feel comfortable enough with the auction software to offer anything online higher than $250. Maybe in time we will, but last year we relied on ESPN's auction software to host two pay auction leagues and I'm not sure if we can still do that or not this year. Going higher on someone else's technology isn't feasible to me right now."
... now you seem to be saying possibly no auctions at all? btw, it was cbs that hosted the auction and I thought the software worked fine fwiw.

Thanks Leave your name here and I'll add you to the list. I'm told we'll add that to the signup page first thing next week. Sorry for that omission on the satellite signup pulldown. It will be there shortly.

Would be a nice alternative for those of us who cannot make it to one of the live events.
