Has anything changed in the FA process OTHER then the page itself?
Maybe I am wrong...but I thought I read on the boards a month or so ago that there was going to be a change in the FA process as far as how bids are honored. I know the whole FA page has changed, but has anything else? Last year they went by priority, then the highest bid got that player. iF you lost out on your first bid, you would jump to the 2nd player. Maybe the change for this year was that the conditional bid could be higher then the primary?
