I am easily confused

I am easily confused Not a stupid question. Click on their user name and you'll see his info come up. At the top right will be a link that says Send New Private Message. That's all you need to do.

What if you don't see their user-name?
example...
let's say I wanted to write the guy a message that's in 1st place in the main. Would he had to have written something on the message boards to do so?
or...what if I wanted to write a guy that was in my league in the main event last year?
click on their names only on the message boards to write a message?

Are you trying to message them here or using their email? The email addresses for everyone in your league are listed under Owners on your team page. As far as messaging someone here on the boards, you can do that by following the steps I showed above.

no biggie Tom,
I was actually trying to write a message to a guy that was in my league from last year.
If I go to my last year's homepage, it will not let the user advance to any other screens besides the homepage.
I understand how to write a reply or quick message from the message boards, I was wondering if it was possible to write any member at any time.
To me, it looks like we can only shoot someone a quick message if they have a message posted on the boards?
For instance, what if I wanted to write the guy in 1st place overall? eventhough he has never written a message on the message board?
not stating this is the case, but what if?
This might be confusing and I might be making 0 sense.

OK so you're trying to communicate with this person but not on the message boards? Is that correct? I thought you were asking about how to communicate with them here. Sorry if I was confused.
If you're not referring to the boards and want to communicate with someone in your league, you can do so on your league message boards or by email. That's provided on your team page under the Owners listings. Either one of those options should work.

Nope, not thinking that at all. I'm not sure if you can message someone on the team page. I've never tried to do that. Maybe post a message asking if it can be done? Otherwise, email the person if you want to contact them. That should work.
