2-23 pay top 3 satellite $125 draft list ?

I am i the 2-23 $125 pay top 3 draft will we be able to set our daft lists up as of 2-22 4pm est i have had no luck on the nfbcstats site

I know time is of the issue and this will get done but please hang tight for a bit longer as we get everything taken care of that needs to be done to get these leagues set up.
