Wondering if we can see drafted players by alpha?

No, I don't believe the player name is sortable alphabetically. But you can type in any player you want in the Search box and it will come up immediately.

Actually, they can, ascending or descending by clicking on the Player heading.

Yes, though I do not know what happens when both parties are in (or even if they are able to access) the draft room at the same time.
