Kershaw pick #35

Greg,

I notice some strange data on the ADP list. It shows a max pick of 35 for Kershaw, 34 for Doc, 41 for Lee and 49 for Lincecum. These all seem unreasonable. Am I missing something or did these guys actually get picked that late in some draft?

WHY do you think early third round is "so late" for these pitchers?


And/or WHICH ADP are you looking at?
Their draft position in 50 round slow drafts should be later than main event drafts IMO

I'm questioning the max pick because Greg has posted early round results from 25 slow drafts and none of these 4 pitchers have dropped anywhere near the max number that the NFBC ADP page is showing. Either there is some bizarro pitcher de-valued draft that is being included that I'd like to know about or there is a problem with the data.
