Victor Martinez and the current ADP list

It's been some time since the news that he would miss the entire season, yet his ADP in 18 drafts is:

#37 Victor Martinez (C, Det) 37.67 24 63 18

I notice that the number of drafts goes up gradually which makes me think that at least some of them have occurred recently. If so, I would expect his max position to be 'undrafted' - at the very least to be a lot more than 63. And I would expect his ADP of 37.67 to have been dropping like a rock. But this doesn't seem to be the case ...
