Question for league management

I see that Drew Pomeranz was drafted in the online championships in my league. He is in the minor leagues now and has been since the end of camp.

How was he drafted?

Other young up and coming players who were sent to the minors who will be called up were not available to be drafted or bid on in faab. Was it a simple situation of Pomeranz being sent down very late in camp?

Only the minor leaguers drafted and dropped are available on faab.

Thanks for that. Totally answers my question. Bad job on me for not understanding that as I likely would have drafted a guy or two who I think will be called up early and can have value. Instead of I am stuck with Zambrano as a late pick...lol
