Tie-Breakers?

Post by Bronx Yankees » Sun Sep 30, 2012 8:58 am

Quick question - In one of my leagues, I have 102.5 points and am listed in second place. The first place team also has 102.5 points. Is there some type of tie-breaker in effect? If not, what happens if we finish in a tie? Do we split the 1st and 2nd place money? Thanks.

You split the prize money, yes. There are no tie-breakers for league prizes or overall prizes in the NFBC. Split the prize money.

Does this apply to ties for 3rd place in leagues that pay top 3, i.e. two teams tie for third and split the 3rd place prize?

Yes, it works the same way for all payouts.
