If I wanted to draft Greg Ambrosius, for example, I assume I would draft a placeholder and state on the board who the place holder was for. Is that correct? How does "NFBC Central" know to add Greg to my team?

You would e-mail Greg/Tom your league number and the draft round number and name for which the place holder was used.
Ambrosius has a nice curve, but you can sit on his fast ball.
